About association
ESPNT was founded in April 1998 as the first non-profit society fervently engaged with the establishment of, and the intent of distinction for, the provision of Pediatric Nephrology and Transplantation medical service community in Egypt.
Errand:
The initiation of the ESPNT has been searing on two horizons:
- Fitted collaboration with the pre-experienced adult Nephrology, yet carefully functioning on never losing our own identity as dedicated pediatricians principally oriented to nephrology.
- Assiduously developing a global progressive framework encompassing genetic, hereditary and molecular perspectives on top of the classical one, targeting different pediatric nephrology services, primed in some of the governorates.
- The intent in mind: a web formed for the global benefit of the Health Care system grosso modo with predictive awareness of pediatric nephrology problems; that on the one hand…. and the specific amalgam of exchanged know-how between the different satellites, those involved in pediatric nephrology and transplantation; on the other. Such has been the enticement for the website launching.
The ESPNT progress over 20 years has been brought about by several operatives…energetic leadership, zealous partnerships dedicated savant medical personnel all, endowed with the intense desire to succeed; an effort that culminated over the years to develop into a distinguished Board of Directors to lead the cruising vessel. The website would also hold record of selected conferences throughout that same period.
